Ja us informem al juny del preacord assolit entre patronal i sindicats per al nou Conveni del nostre sector, i ara difonem el text de l'acord final signat el 19 de juliol passat (el document queda també accessible des de la columna dreta del bloc). El contingut d'aquest acord es veurà reflectit en el text definitiu del nou Conveni Provincial, que també haurà d'incorporar l'acordat en el I Conveni Estatal del Metall (publicat al BOE l'agost d'aquest any), i que està sent preparat per ser signat per les parts abans de final d'any i entrar en vigència a partir de l'1 gener de 2017.

Ya os informamos en junio del preacuerdo alcanzado entre patronal y sindicatos para el nuevo Convenio de nuestro sector, y ahora difundimos el texto del acuerdo final firmado el 19 de julio pasado (el documento queda también accesible desde la columna derecha del blog). El contenido de este acuerdo se verá reflejado en el texto definitivo del nuevo Convenio Provincial, que también deberá incorporar lo acordado en el I Convenio Estatal del Metal (publicado en el BOE en agosto de este año), y que está siendo preparado para ser firmado por las partes antes de final de año y entrar en vigencia a partir del 1 de enero de 2017.

Hi everyone

We reported in June about the preliminary agreement reached between employers and unions for our industrial sector, and now we want to share with you the text of the final agreement signed on the 19th of July (the document will also remain accessible from the right column of the blog). The content of this agreement will be reflected in the final text of the new Provincial Collective Agreement, which also should incorporate agreed at the 1st Nationwide Collective Agreement of the Metal Sector (published in the Spanish Official Gazette in August this year), and is being prepared to be signed by the parties before the end of the year and take effect from January 1st, 2017.
